The competition
The Alessandro Giuliani Violin Competition was founded in 2019 and will saw Inaugural ASEAN Round take place in Singapore from the 31st of August 2019.

Junior (≤9 years old):
- 1 piece of candidate's choice (not more than 4 minutes)
- Born after 1/1/10
Intermediate (≤14 years old):
- 1 piece of candidate's choice (not more than 7 minutes)
- Born after 1/1/05
Senior (≤19 years old):
- 1 piece of candidate's choice (not more than 10 minutes)
- Born after 1/1/00
